What's the difference between a rough, final and sparkle clean?
A rough clean clears rubble and dust after lock-up so the fit-off trades have a clean site. The final clean is the full detail after fit-off: every surface, cupboard, window and floor. The sparkle clean is a quick pre-handover pass after defects, so the home is spotless on the day.
Do you remove stickers, paint, grout haze and silicone?
Yes. We use surface-safe methods for glass, stone benchtops, timber, tiles and matte black tapware, so nothing gets scratched or dulled.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days, and faster for urgent handovers. Call 0424 757 718 if it's tight.
Do you need power and water on site?
Ideally yes. If not, tell us in the quote form and we'll bring what we need.
Are you insured?
Yes, our crew is fully insured and carries White Cards. We'll send certificates and SWMS before we start on your site.
